History:
Indiana Weathermakers was started by Wilbur Peine in Indianapolis in 1947. After working in development of refrigeration system controls, sales and installation of equipment for Willis Carrier, Granddaddy Peine wanted to settle with his family close to his boyhood home in Indiana. With hard work and the support of Carrier, family, and friends he started the business we treasure today.

Peine Engineering has many years, (71 and still counting) of experience on industrial, medical, institutional and commercial projects. Our founding principles were to provide the highest quality service, installation and engineering of mechanical systems. Since then, we have grown to provide more services than before to keep up with today’s growing technology and our customer’s needs. We can offer a wide range of services such as Mechanical Services, HVAC & Chiller Service, Building Automation Service, Bid/Spec & Design/Build Systems, Energy Savings Programs, Maintenance/Service Agreements, and Boiler & Burner Service & Repairs.
